We stand behind our materials. If you purchase any StudyStack.org product and you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
No quiz. No "prove you studied." No hoops.
Email support@studystack.org with your purchase receipt and the email address you used at purchase. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Purchases made before July 2026 were processed by Gumroad — contact support@studystack.org with your Gumroad receipt for refunds.
The 30-day window starts the moment your purchase receipt is sent. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally only granted in cases of duplicate purchase or technical delivery failure.
If you take your exam more than 30 days after purchase and do not pass, we cannot refund you. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. The 30-day window exists so you can preview the materials and decide if they fit your study style — not as a money-back-if-you-fail guarantee.

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will refund you in full within 3-5 business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first cost us additional fees and may result in you being declined as a future customer.
If you purchased a Bundle (PDF + Audio) and want to keep one but refund the other, email us — we can do partial refunds at the difference in standalone pricing.
